I came across these wooden toys the other day and love the minimalist designs.

They look fun and really don't cost the earth.

I wouldn't mind starting a collection myself!

Inspiration: Birthday Birds in Spring

Just over a year ago, the lovely Erika from Miko Design decided to create a bird-themed birthday party magazine based on the one she had organized for her own daughter Mila.

After Magritte, I am pleased to say that she has finally finished her beautiful online publication, full of pretty springtime craft activities, tutorials and ideas to create an original party to remember, and of course, I was delighted when she asked me to contribute a small selection of vintage-inspired bird finds too.
