Leslie Oschmann's creativity needs no introduction, I'm sure. Her beautiful reclaimed objects made new in Amsterdam have been featured on numerous blogs the world over. Swarm is unique, inspirational and in a league of its own.

Perhaps some of you are lucky enough to own one of Leslie's amazing handmade carry bags crafted from oil paintings? Or a chair?

I admit I get goosebumps when I come across a collection of work as creative as this. The same is true of Swarm's brand new online shop, so beautifully curated and original. Leslie tells stories, yes, her found treasures sourced in Dutch, French and Belgian markets and antique shops all tell stories and their tale will hopefully continue in your homes and beyond.

Etsy Guest Curator

A huge thank you to the lovely Stephanie Madewell over at Etsy.

She knows how much I love wooden toys, so she kindly invited me to curate a guest post for their blog.

Inspiration: Zilasaule

It's a while since I've come across a collection of soft toys with so much personality!

I love Zilasaule's original handmade creatures all the way from Moscow.

Although Ilya Donets and Margarita Stchetinskaya focus primarily on illustration, they are also keen to undertake graphic design and art projects, with a little help from their daughter Zoe (great styling!)

I'm not sure if they've opened a shop yet, but they do have an uptodate blog (in Russian), which I will be following from now on.
