Julia Trigg

If you're lucky enough to live in or around Brighton, don't miss local graphic designer Julia Trigg's first solo exhibition at Castor + Pollux (18th September - 17th October).

Julia works digitally. She loves all kinds of typography-based ephemera but cannot bear to tear anything up for her collages. Her work is lively and colourful and it's easy to see how much she enjoys experiementing with scale, texture and composition.
Julia's "Signals" collection, shown above, is based on her collection of 1920's-1950's ham radio cards with inspiring woodblock type and handwritten messages.
A good excuse to visit Brighton don't you think?
