They're Changing Guards at Buckingham Palace






Look what my mum sent me, a booklet of embroidery transfers for George VI's coronation (1937) found amongst my grandma's sewing things.

I think I might frame a few of these.

    My mother used to sing me that song...

    They're changing guards at Buckingham Palace. Christopher Robin went down with Alice. Alice is marrying one of the guards- "A guard's life is terribly hard", says Alice.
