I walk past this house 6 -8 times a day Hazel going to and fro with the kids. I'd love to look inside. I have a feeling it's just been left as it was, furniture and all.
Virginia, I've lived here for 3 years and I've never seen anybody there. It's all locked up with a huge gate. I managed to get my camera lens through a hole! One of my favourite old hoses is for sale though, it's wonderful and has a small pool in the courtyard...
Magic, going into the territory of a lonely abandoned house, imagining who lived there, who will live there, and usually wishing that you could.

DeleteI am having seriously envious thoughts this morning, it's one of those really gloomy London days - is the house up for sale!

Who would abandon a beautiful house like that...? It's so enchanting...
ReplyDeleteI guess it belonged to an old couple who had no children or people just don't want to sell it.
Deletewhat a marvellous neighbourhood you have...and that house..."a want to have house"...
