I seldom get overenthusiastic about kokeshi dolls, unless they're vintage.

Moon's creative project struck me as being a little different today, however.

It's certainly eye-catching anyway.

I think that some of these kokeshi would make great desk toys (love the set in the third image) and may inspire you to buy some plain wooden dolls and paint your own.
