Etsy Find: 60's Bath Toy

I have to admit that I'm very tempted myself, especially as it's now on sale.

Although a toy, this beautiful bird would look lovely on display.
Could it be a Patrick Rylands design, whose work I recently discovered thanks to this post and must-see exhibition?
