Stripes Are Fun!

I was doing some research for my long-forgotten Route 66 feature and I came across this interesting short Polish animation (1960) about a funny but unhappy stripey elephant who covers himself in berry juice to blend in with the crowd.

Sol Linero's Animations

Some of you may remember Sol Linero's gorgeous Alphabet print I posted a few weeks ago.
I came across two of her animations the other day and thought I'd share them with you on Kickcan & Conkers. I know that people rarely watch videos on blogs, but if you ever get chance, sit down and show them to your children. Beautifully illustrated, Save My Oceans and The Each Campaign are both worth five minutes of your time.
