Inspiration: Merijn Hos

It's cold, it's snowing everywhere and it's time for some colour.

Merijn Hos' bright Wood Sculptures are a perfect winter pick-me-up, don't you think?

I love the niave, primitive quality to some of these characters, and enjoyed showing them to my kids yesterday. Inspiration for a craft project with your own children or art students, perhaps? Why not? I'm sure they'd have great fun fashioning a few funny figures out of cardboard.

Love!
