I really don't know whether I'll be able to part with these wonderful old dolls I found at a flea market in Nîmes a few weeks ago. I bought them for my shop but I'm starting to get attached... We'll see.

Pia Jane Bijkerk

Inspired by my first day back in France, I've decided to buy myself a copy of Pia Jane Bijkerk's first book Paris: Made by Hand.

Pia has also designed the front cover of another new book on a similar topic called The Flea Markets of France. I think I'll enjoy both of these.
