Five Faves #55

I'm sorry, it's been a little quieter round here this week, I'm busy.

I'm taking Savannah and Miles to England on Wednesday to spend some time with my family - I really can't wait! I haven't been "home" for a year, and I'm ready for a break.
It also happens to be my 2nd blog birthday on the 29th, so watch out for my vintage giveaway!

Liat Yaniv

So, it's Monday, the day we celebrate all things colourful!
I'd like to kick off this new week with some paper inspiration from Israeli artist Liat Yaniv, whose work I discovered here.

Liat is passionate about her craft. Despite living in Japan, travelling through Alaska and spending six months in Denmark, nothing thrills her half as much as collecting, cutting and glueing paper to create a new illustration or doll. She lets colour be her guide, juxtaposing, defining and adding texture.

I hope you enjoy exploring Liat's original and playful portfolio and blog as much as I do.
Definitely one to look out for...
