It's festival time in Avignon at the moment. It's hot and crowded but there's an amazing atmosphere with actors and plays on every street corner. Avignon is one of the reasons why I chose to live in the South of France. I love it!
I am in total envy. I love Sydney and all the fabulous different environs of Australia... but why do we have to be so far from France!! I love your blog too and follow regularly. Thank you!
I love Avignon and the south of France! Last time we were there during the very hot summer of 2003 (we exchanged houses with a family from Pernes-les-Fontaines who luckily owned a swimming pool), and it was such a nice vacation... Have a great time!
Lucky you to be in Avignon!
