Everybody is Different

I'd love to look through UWE graduate's Bett Norris's Alphabet Book - Everybody is different.
Take a peek at her children's story book project 'Nigel's Party'  and the rest of her illustration portfolio here. Bristol-based Norris is interested in commissions and work experience and sells some of her prints on etsy
One to watch out for, me thinks.

Fresh Talent: Chloe Giordano

22 years old, an illustrator, "avid reader, history lover and dreadful knitter",

Bristol-based UWE graduate Chloe Giordano sure knows how to embroider
a beautiful book cover.

In fact, her "One Hundred Years of Solitude" cover has been shortlisted for this year's Penguin Design Awards
(winners to be announced in June 22nd).

I've fallen in love with her handmade soft sculptures, of course, and can't wait until she starts selling her work in her etsy shop.

Remember the name, I think she'll go far.

Tom Frost

If you're looking for a piece of playful, eye-catching art work, look no further than Bristol-based illustrator Tom Frost. I fell in love with his Bird Puzzles a while ago and am thrilled to learn that he has opened an online shop, offering a selection of cards, screenprints, toys and 3D work. I love his rocket and cars !

Heads and Hats

Although out of season, I have fallen in love with the personal work of Bristol-based children's illustrator Teresa Murfin.
I will let you know when her new shop is online.
