Anne and Avercamp

Put them both together and what do you get?

Crocheted boy and girl "Avercamp" doll designed by Anne-Claire Petit exclusively for the Rijksmuseum and its current exhibition Hendrick Avercamp: The Little Ice Age. The dolls are inspired by Avercamp's "Winter Landscape with Skaters" (c. 1608) and are available here.

  4. Another wonderful find Deb - just love them. Thanks for your lovely words - I'm still getting used to being in heat again (unsuccessfully!) but I'll get there. Wonderful to have access to your beautiful blog again, that should help! ;) Take care. Kylie x
