Shop Watch: Varehuset

Varehuset looks to me to be a treasure trove, an Aladdin's cave, a Santa's grotto, chock-full of goodies for young and old alike. I just know I'd want to buy half of Leise Dich Abrahamsen's store. I'm obviously drawn to all her handmade one-of-a-kind accessories and new children's line Fra Leise, but just look this recent artwork she's auctioning here:

The good news for you and I is that Leise is working on an online shop and recently started another blog showcasing some of her new children's designs to keep us going for a while. That means you can buy gems like this

and, wait for it...

Christmas decorations like that in a click!

Fabulous, n'est-ce pas?

Can's Magic Cat

It's the Weekend!
Here and Now
Let your hair down and have some fun
You never know what might happen...

Can and the Magic Cat -  Fabulous!
Love the mobiles, especially the Magic Cats for Christmas!
Just look at the artwork Stine Maria Aalykke did for Crème de la Crème à la Edgar's' new shop in Copenhagen.

Magical indeed, my three children love it!

Ô Ciel !

The sort of experience I want people to have is to see the Bau Lamp and wonder what it looks like from the other side. It must appeal to people's sense of curiosity.

Shishi Gami Lamp - Damaris & Marc

More toys, this time designer ones.
These three are my favourites, but have a look at the children's section for more.
