Spring Time

Don't you just love Liza Rendina's new Spring collection of Little Stars?
Liza was one of my picks in the latest issue of Babiekins Magazine, and someone who I definitely think we will be seeing a lot of in 2011.
Keep an eye on her etsy shop and Yume Store for more of her beautiful creations (her circus troupe in particular), they really are quite wonderful.

Fresh Talent: Nordeville

At last I can show you these screenprints by Graça Brohm and Anne Walk, a Dutch Duo going by the name of Nordeville. I spotted their unusual stylised designs a while ago and am pleased to see that they have recently opened an etsy shop. What do you think? A nice feature in a modern child's room? I love the colour palette they've used here.

I featured Nordeville's Pierrot mask print in the latest issue of Babiekins, have you seen it yet?

Only two more days to go until the new Spring Issue of Babiekins Magazine comes out.
I've found some great things, including these little chaps.
Bet you can't wait, can you?

Babiekins Issue 2

Isn't this beautiful? I came across it whilst browsing the second issue of Babiekins, a new online children's magazine created by Priscila Barros of Little Miss Heirlooms fame. I do so love paper dolls!
If you recall, Priscila was kind enough to mention Kickcan & Conkers as one of her favourite must-visit blogs in the inaugural issue. She has also asked me to contribute to her magazine on a regular basis so, voilà ! from now on I will be presenting a selection of finds in the "What's Hot, What's In, What's Now" section, starting with some beauties collected in Spring/Summer 2010.
