Cobbled Together

Cobbled Together
What a lovely name for a shop
And what a lovely shop!

I am smitten with Brenna's antique French linen trousers and organic cotton dresses for babies and toddlers. Resist dyed with natural plant dyes, using earth hues that are ethically sourced from fair trade communities, they can be mixed and matched with bloomers or these beautiful knickers.

Londoners will be pleased to know that Brenna sells her handmade children's clothes and gifts at Broadway Market on Saturdays, and is also present on Folksy and Etsy. Keep an eye on her blog, she loves to experiment and her recent creations include these pretty dolls, owls and neckerchiefs.

Cobbled Together
Handmade & Simple
Just how I like it.

Channel Hopping

I'm ready for a break
But which city should I choose?
A weekend in London or un saut à gai Paris?
Maybe I could manage both?
Just hop across the Channel?
Or settle for a couple of Jane's new prints,
