I'd like to introduce you to two new friends from down under. Rosie and Robbie are the latest addition to  innovative Sydney-based company TMOD's interactive gift and stationery range (some wonderful scratchie cards) The Rosie and Robbie totes are illustrated with sweet pictures of a boy and girl alongside a full set of clothing and can either be used as such or transformed  into dolls and dressed by simply cutting along the lines and stitching on your favourite garments (needle and thread provided). Rosie also comes in tea towel form and would make an original gift for children, craft lovers and those drawn to the charm of the yesteryear.

  Happy World Book Day!

 What better way to mark the day celebrating books and reading around the world than to show you this fun oversized book bed imagined by photographer Yusake Suzuki? Space-saving is of essence in Eastern countries where people often sleep on thin mattresses that are rolled up and put away  during the day. Yusake Suzuki's design allows children to sleep and play in the same room by simply turning over the giant page.

It's been a while since I visited one of my favourite vintage etsy shops AMradio.

I've no idea how old these ohio blue tip match boxes are but I love the colours and the primitive folk designs and I'm sure they'd look great on display or used as a small gift box. Someone has to add them to their collection!
