Hi Deborah, it's a fun book, thank you for sharing, it's fun to see how the 60's and 70's picture books were kind of keen on scientific topics (not that we don't have scientific-non fiction books now).. what I like is the way they were able to mix patterns and common life scenarios with science, we somehow lost something along the way... Maybe you would enjoy the Yummy Fresh Grain Feed Blog: almost all posts are about vintage books. Cris
